Declaring Land at Otahuhu Now Set Apart for Railway Purposes

PURSUANT to sections 10, 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 52 of the Public Works 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen for railway purposes.

The New Zealand Railways Corporation (Fees for Documents) Notice 1987

PURSUANT to the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the New Zealand Railways Corporation (Fees for Documents) Notice 1987.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of April 1987.

  1. Fees for documents—The fees which the New Zealand Railways Corporation may charge for the preparation of the documents specified in section 118 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 shall be those prescribed in the Schedule to this notice.

  2. All fees quoted are inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax.

  3. The New Zealand Railways Corporation (Fees for Documents) Notice 1982 is hereby revoked.


SCHEDULE

Description of Document Fees
1. Proclamation, Order in Council or Declaration—
A fee reasonably proportionate to the work involved with a minimum of $320.00 and a maximum of $385.00.
2. Branch line or private siding agreement including cost of plan—
(a) Where printed form used $55.00
(b) In other cases $85.00
3. Agreement or memorandum altering the terms or conditions of any siding agreement $35.00
4. Deed or Agreement not otherwise specified—
(a) Where printed form used $55.00
(b) In other cases $85.00
5. Deed of Agreement or Licence with a tenure including rights of renewal not exceeding 2 years—
(a) Where annual rent does not exceed $110.00 (this rental is inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax) $35.00
(b) Where annual rent exceeds $110.00 (this rental is inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax) $85.00
6. Deed of Lease or Memorandum of Lease for term exceeding 2 years and up to 10 years (without any right of renewal which will make the total term exceed 10 years) $110.00
7. Deed of Lease or Memorandum of Lease for a term in excess of 10 years or for less than 10 years with a right of renewal which will make the total term exceed 10 years $165.00
8. Renewal of lease where short form used $85.00
9. Agreement or memorandum altering the rent terms or conditions of any lease, easement or grant $55.00
10. Letter granting occupation of Railway dwelling on weekly or monthly basis $22.00
11. Letter granting short-term concession or occupation not otherwise specified $22.00
12. Consent to assignment, transfer, mortgage, sublease or other document of like nature—A fee reasonably proportionate to the work involved with a minimum of $35.00 and a maximum of $85.00.
13. Development Licence—A fee reasonably proportionate to the work involved with a minimum of $80.00 and a maximum of $440.00.
14. Certified copy of any document—A fee reasonably proportionate to the work involved with a minimum of $22.00.
15. Photography of any document—A fee reasonably proportionate to the work involved with a minimum of $11.00.
16. Production of titles or other document of title—
(a) First Title $16.00
(b) For each additional title or document $6.00

Notice of Cessation of Appointment of Licensing Authority

PURSUANT to section 7 (3) of the Dangerous Goods Act 1974, I hereby declare that the Maniaia Town Council will cease to be a licensing authority for the purposes of the Dangerous Goods Act 1974 as from the 31st day of March 1987.

PURSUANT to section 27 (1) of the Alcoholic Liquor Advisory Council Act 1976, the Minister of Justice hereby gives the following notice:

  1. This notice may be cited as the Alcoholic Liquor Advisory Council Levy Notice 1987.

  2. The rate of levy payable in accordance with the year ending 31 March 1988 shall be as follows:
