Land Acquired for a State Primary School in Block XI, Otanake Survey District, Waitomo District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a State primary school and shall vest in the Crown on the 26th day of March 1987.
