Amending a Revoking Notice Declaring Stopped Road to be Crown Land in the Town of Collingwood

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the revoking notice dated the 4th day of December 1986 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 11 December 1986, No. 199 at page 5311, revoking a notice declaring stopped road to be Crown land in the Town of Collingwood by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule:

SCHEDULE

NELSON LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of stopped road containing 1012 square metres, situated in Block XV, Pakawau Survey District, adjoining or passing through Sections 117 and 133, Town of Collingwood; shown marked "A" on S.O. Plan 13633, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Nelson.

Declaring Land to be Road in Block XIV, Wharepapa Survey District, Otorohanga District

PURSUANT to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road which shall vest in The Otorohanga District Council.

PURSUANT to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road which shall vest in The Otorohanga District Council.

Land Declared to be Limited Access Road in Block XIII, Cloudy Bay Survey District, Marlborough County

PURSUANT to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for limited access road and has, pursuant to section 153(2) of the Public Works Act 1981, become road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the 26th day of March 1987.
