Declaring Road in Block VI, Hokianga Survey District, to be a Government Road and to be Stopped

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and

(b) Stops the said road.

All that piece of road containing 2606 square metres, situated in Block VI, Hokianga Survey District, adjoining or passing through Pakanae 4D2; as shown marked “C” on S.O. Plan 60708, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares that area when stopped shall be incorporated with certificate of title, Volume 86, folio 160, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 432755.7, 653583.2, 432755.8, 462293.6 and 462293.5, Wellington Land Registry.

(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares that area when stopped shall be incorporated with certificate of title No. A3/492, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 432755.7, 653583.2, 432755.8 and 462293.6, Wellington Land Registry.

(e) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Fifth Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares that area when stopped shall be incorporated with certificate of title No. A3/493, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 432755.7, 653583.2, 432755.8 and 462293.6, Wellington Land Registry.

(f) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Sixth Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares that area when stopped shall be incorporated in certificate of title No. D1/1165, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 432755.7, 653583.2, 432755.8 and 462293.6, Wellington Land Registry.

(g) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Seventh Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares that area when stopped shall be incorporated in certificate of title No. 11C/7431, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 432755.7, 653583.2, 432755.8 and 462293.6, Wellington Land Registry.

(h) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Eighth Schedule hereto, to be stopped and declares that area when stopped shall be incorporated in certificate of title No. D4/1306 and subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 708946.2, Wellington Land Registry.

(i) Pursuant to section 119 (1) declares the land described in the Ninth Schedule hereto, to be taken and to be incorporated in certificate of title No. A3/493, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 432755.7, 653583.2, 432755.8 and 462293.6, Wellington Land Registry.
