The names and residences of the special partners are the names and residences which appear in the certificate of special partnership filed in the High Court of New Zealand (Auckland Registry) under No. SP 65/86 namely Kenneth Roger Moses of 12 Fenton Circus, Orakei, company director and Dirk Hudig of 54 Sarsfield Street, Herne Bay, company director, together with those names and residences which appear in the Schedule attached hereto.
(c) Capital—The amount of capital which each partner contributes:

The amount of capital which each special partner contributes in the case of Kenneth Roger Moses and Dirk Hudig is the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) as appears in the certificate of special partnership filed in the High Court of New Zealand (Auckland Registry) under No. SP 65/86, and in the case of all other special partners is as set out after their respective names in the Schedule attached hereto.

Purchase and own a shopping centre situated on the corner of Warringston Street and Tilby Drive, Matua, Tauranga.
(e) Principal Place of Business:
Tauranga and Auckland.
(f) Term of Partnership:
Commencement Date: The partnership commenced upon the registration of the first certificate of special partnership namely 31 July 1986 and terminates on 30 July 1993.

Public notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 24A of the Reserves Act 1977, the Takapuna City Council has resolved to change the purpose of the local purpose reserve situated in Bentley Avenue, Glenfield, and described in the Schedule hereto, from local purpose (library and public hall) to local purpose (municipal buildings).
