company pursuant to section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955 on the 26th day of January 1987 should be confirmed this court hereby orders:
-
That the reduction of the share capital resolved in the special resolution passed by the company pursuant to section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, a copy of the notice to the Registrar of Companies containing the text of the said special resolution which is attached hereto, be confirmed.

That the following minute showing the amount of capital of the company be approved:
"1. The company alter its memorandum by reducing its share capital by paying off ninety-nine thousand dollars ($99,000.00) of share capital represented by ninety-nine thousand (99,000) ordinary fully paid shares of one dollar ($1.00) each, which share capital is in excess of the wants of the company.
- In effecting the said reduction of its share capital, the company shall pay off the shareholders in the following manner:
Mr P. R. Jacobson $49,500
Mr G. R. Sleeman $49,500
- Following the said reduction of share capital, the shareholding of the Company shall be one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) divided into one thousand (1,000) ordinary fully paid shares of one dollar ($1.00) each held as follows:
(a) Mr P. R. Jacobson 500 shares
(b) Mr G. R. Sleeman 500 shares"
- That notice of the registration of this order and the said minute be published once in the New Zealand Gazette.
