Declaring Land to be Road and Road to be Stopped and Added to Land Held as a Scenic Reserve (Chaslands Scenic Reserve) in Block XVII, Waikawa Survey District, Southland County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in the Crown, and shall, pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, form part of State Highway No. 92.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and added to land held as a scenic reserve (Chaslands Scenic Reserve) described in the Third Schedule hereto.
