Building of the General Government Set Apart for State Housing
Purposes in the City of Manukau

PURSUANT to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares the land described in the
Schedule hereto to be set apart subject as to the land firstly, secondly
and thirdly described to the building-line restriction contained in
K. 81975 and to the agreement as to fencing in transfer 704474,
subject as to the land fourthly and fifthly described to the building-
line restriction contained in K. 81975 and to the agreement as to
fencing in transfer 689018, and subject as to the land seventhly
described to the provisions of section 9A (3) (c) Land Subdivision
in Counties Act 1945, to the building-line restriction contained in
K. 89606, the fencing covenant in transfer 660683 and to the drainage
easement created by transfer 659096, for State housing purposes.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land Held for Better Utilisation Set
Apart for State Housing Purposes in the City of Whangarei

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the
15th day of August 1986, published in the New Zealand Gazette of
21 August 1986, No. 130, at page 3530 declaring land held for better
utilisation set apart for State housing purposes in the City of
Whangarei, pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981,
by deleting the whole of the Schedule and substituting the following
Schedule:
