PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, a right of way easement over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto and subject to the terms and conditions set down in the first paragraph of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952 is hereby acquired for a teachers’ residence and shall vest in the Crown on the 12th day of March 1987.
