Approval to Act as a Trustee and Statutory Supervisor

PURSUANT to the Securities Act 1978, notice is given that the
Securities Commission has approved Price Waterhouse Trustee
Company Limited to act as trustee and statutory supervisor for the
purposes of the Securities Act 1978.

The Common Seal of the Securities Commission was hereunto

Bylaw Fixing the Maximum Speed of Vehicles on State Highway
No. 1 Over the Auckland Harbour Bridge

PURSUANT to the National Roads Act 1953, the Auckland Harbour
Bridge Authority Dissolution Act 1983 and the Transport Act 1962,
the National Roads Board makes the following bylaw.

BYLAW

  1. This Bylaw may be cited as the National Roads Board Bylaw
    1987/2.

  2. This Bylaw shall come into force on the 26th day of February

  3. In this Bylaw “Vehicle” has the meaning assigned to it in the
    Transport Act 1962.

  4. No person shall drive or take or permit to be driven or taken
    any vehicle upon or over that part of State Highway No. 1 (Awanui
    to Invercargill) being the Auckland Harbour Bridge and approaches
    from Route Position northbound 326/6.8 km to Route Position
    326/3.7 km and Route Position southbound 326/3.5 km to Route
    Position 326/6.8 km from Onepoto Stream Bridge to Shelly Beach
    ramps at a speed in excess of 80 km/h.

  5. Every person who commits an offence against this Bylaw is
    liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding five hundred
    dollars ($500).

  6. This Bylaw revokes any earlier bylaw setting speed restrictions
    on the Auckland Harbour Bridge for that section of State Highway
    No. 1 specified in clause 4 hereof.

This Bylaw was made by resolution duly passed at a meeting of
the National Roads Board held in Wellington on the 18th day of
February 1987.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

PURSUANT to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional
Integration Act 1975, notice is given that supplementary integration
agreements have been signed between the Minister of Education
and the proprietors of the following 2 schools:

St Josephs School, Onehunga.
St Josephs School, Orakai.

The said supplementary integration agreements came into effect
on 9 February 1987. Copies of the supplementary integration
agreements are available for inspection without charge by any
member of the public at the Department of Education, Head Office,
National Mutual Building, Featherston Street, Wellington, and at
regional offices.

The Standards Act 1965—Standard Specifications Proposed for
Revocation

NOTICE is hereby given that the under-mentioned New Zealand
standard specifications have been recommended for revocation
pursuant to the provisions of the Standards Act 1965.

Any person who may be affected by the proposal to revoke these
standard specifications, and who wishes to object to their revocation,
is invited to submit comments to the Standards Association of New
Zealand, Private Bag, Wellington, not later than 3 April 1987.

NZS 1121:1953 Dehydrated castor oil.
(To be revoked on grounds of obsolescence)

NZS 2286:1969 Galvanised steel strand for clothes line.
(To be revoked on grounds of non-usage)
