PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for waterworks and shall vest in The Waikato County Council on the 26th day of February 1987.

Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for a Social Welfare Hostel in the City of Papatoetoe

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 10th day of November 1986, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 13 November 1986, No. 182, at page 4856, acquiring land for a social welfare hostel in the City of Papatoetoe, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the heading and Schedule of the declaration the words “City of Papatoetoe” and substituting the words “City of Manukau”.
