Pursuant to section 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the stopped road firstly described in the Schedule hereto to be vested in John Bentzen of San Francisco, executive, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. B. 110503.1, and when so vested, be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 52B/243, North Auckland Land Registry and declares the stopped road secondly described in the Schedule hereto to be vested in Trevor Noel Mitchell of Wellington, civil engineer, and when so vested, be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 35A/811, North Auckland Land Registry.
