Annual Levy Prescribed Under the Wine Makers Levy Act 1976

PURSUANT to section 4 (1) of the Wine Makers Levy Act 1976 and on the recommendation of the Wine Institute of New Zealand Incorporated, I hereby prescribe an annual levy of 51 cents per hectolitre on the grape wine sold by every holder of a grape wine licence during the year ended 30 September 1986.
