The Traffic (Franklin County) Notice No. 1, 1987
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport gives the following notice:
NOTICE
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Franklin County) Notice No. 1, 1987.
The roads specified in the First Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The roads specified in the Second Schedule are declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
The Traffic (Franklin County) Notice No. 2, 1969, dated the 1st day of August 1969, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 is revoked.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Franklin County, at Buckland:
George Crescent
Tonkin Place.
SECOND SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Franklin County, at Buckland:
No. 22 State Highway (Runciman-Te Uku): from Hamlins Bridge to Buckland Factory Bridge.
Logan Road: from No. 22 State Highway (Runciman-Te Uku) to a point 300 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along Logan Road from the said State highway.

Notice of Receipt of Application for an International Air Service Licence
PURSUANT to section 7 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that Polynesian Airlines of Western Samoa, has applied for an International Air Service Licence to operate scheduled air services for the carriage of passengers, cargo and mail between Auckland and Apia, optionally via Niue and/or Tonga, twice per week.
Further details of the proposal may be obtained from the Secretary for Transport, Ministry of Transport, Private Bag, Wellington.
Any person or organisation wishing to make representations relating to this application must forward those representations, in writing, to reach me on or before 19 March 1987.

PUILUITIELO KERETI FAAEA, taxi cab service licensee of 53A Hepburn Road, Glendene, Auckland, take notice that the Auckland Transport District Licensing Authority (I. M. Foster), is to conduct an inquiry pursuant to section 140 (1) (a) and (b) of the Transport Act 1962 to ascertain whether (a) owing to changed circumstances you no longer meet the criteria set out in section 124 (2) of the Act; and (b) whether you have failed to comply with any term or condition of Continuous Taxicab Service Licence 12480.
The inquiry will be held in the Conference Room, Ministry of Transport, Ninth Floor, Customhouse Building, Quay Street, Auckland on Wednesday, the 1st day of April 1987 commencing at 10 a.m.
