3 Printed promotional material of New Zealand origin and for New Zealand distribution which is re-imported after computer addressing and personalisation overseas

Goods imported by organisations approved by the Minister of Customs under Part II, Ref 45 of the Customs Tariff, which are gifts from persons or organisations overseas for the relief of victims of disasters

Goods imported by organisations or personnel of organisations which have been approved under the Customs Duties Suspension (Inter Governmental Agreements) Order 1963, Serial Number 1963/150

Goods imported for subsequent export as ships' stores on:
a Merchant vessels not engaged in the New Zealand coastal trade.
b Foreign fishing vessels on foreign articles fishing in New Zealand economic zone.
c H.M. seagoing vessels.
d Aircraft operating on overseas air routes.

Postage stamp accessories only: Name title, stamp tweezers, perforation gauges, hawid strips, dust-on articulators, erograph pens, position finders, stamp lifts, stamp colour charts, hawid mount cutters, stamp dyers, stock books, ultra violet lamps and glassine envelopes

Goods temporarily imported in terms of those international Conventions accepted by the Government of New Zealand subject to such conditions as the Minister of Customs may impose

Goods which at the time of entry for home consumption are the property of the Crown in respect of the Government of New Zealand
