5 Goods of the classes specified in the Fourth Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of the Cook Islands, Niue or Western Samoa, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence or permit under the said regulations.
6 Goods of the classes specified in the Fifth Schedule hereto, imported from Pacific Forum Island Countries that are signatories to the South Pacific Regional Trade and Economic Co-operation Agreement (SPARTECA), are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence or permit under the regulations.
7 The Import Control Exemption Notices set forth in the Sixth Schedule hereto, being notices given pursuant to regulation 17 of the regulations, are hereby revoked.
8 Where in the First and Third Schedules to this notice, the expression ''Ex'' appears beside a Tariff item, the exemption from the requirement of a licence or permit created by this notice shall only apply to the class or classes of goods specified as applying to the Tariff item.
