Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of the company will be held on Monday, the 23rd day of February 1987 at 11 a.m. at the Chamber of Commerce Building, 172 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch at which it is intended to consider and if thought fit pass the following resolution as a special resolution.

"That the memorandum of association of the company be altered by deleting Part III thereof in its entirety and substituting in its place the following near Part III:

III. The company shall have the rights, powers and privileges of a natural person including the power set out in subsection 15a (1) of the Companies Act 1955."
