Sale of Auckland Harbour Board Land

I, Richard William Prebble, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrence of the Minister of Finance pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby approve pursuant to section 143A (1) (a) and section 143C (1) (b) (i) of the Act the sale of land referred to in the Schedule to this notice, and I specify that my approval is effective from the date of this notice.

SCHEDULE

ALL those parcels of land contained in part Allotment 163 and Allotments 164 and 665, Parish of Takapuna and in certificates of title, Volume 211, folio 85 (all) and volume 50B, folio 876 (all) and Volume 250, folio 149 (part) (North Auckland Registry) (and new title to issue for closed road) being:
