Sale of Hawke’s Bay Harbour Board Land

I, William Patrick Jeffries, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrences of the Minister of Finance pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby approve pursuant to section 143A (1) (a) and section 143C (1) (b) (i) of the Act, the sale of land referred to in the Schedule to the Hawke’s Bay Harbour Board, and I specify that my approval is effective from the date of this notice.

All that parcel of land containing 4244 square metres, more or less, situated in the City of Napier, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 7292 and being all of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume B2, folio 911 (Hawke’s Bay Registry).
