situated in Block XI, Christchurch Survey District and all the
land contained in Gazette notice 367139, Canterbury Registry
(Gazette, 1952, page 1217).

Subject to right of way created by unregistered conveyance
filed with Application 4664.

Given under the Hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 10th day of December 1987.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the
Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is
hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a
burial ground for the remains of the late Hirini Te Ahuahu
Mangu.

Schedule

North Auckland Land District

All that piece of land situated in Block XIII and XIV,
Kawakawa Survey District, and described as follows:

50 Part of the land described as Motatau 3L2B,
contained in partition order of the Maori Land
Court dated 13 September 1982 and shown as
Motatau 3L2B2 on a plan held in the Maori Land
Court, Whangarei.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the
Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
set apart as a Maori reservation for the following purposes:

(1) As a site to preserve the existing papakanga homestead
of the late Heeni Whetu and Te Ahuahu Mangu for use as a
museum for the storage of family photographs and heirlooms.

(2) As a site for a marae to be known as the Tere Awatea
Marae for tangihanga, weddings, Maori gatherings,
international church services and a meeting place for
the common use and benefit of all Maori owners and
descendants of the late Heeni Whetu and Te Ahuahu Mangu
and the people of Otaua generally.

All that piece of land situated in Block XIII and XIV,
Kawakawa Survey District, and described as follows:

reserve for the common use and benefit of the shareholders of
Hiruharama Ponui Incorporation.

South Auckland Land District

All that piece of land situated in Block V, Tauhara and V,
Tuhingamata East Survey District, and described as follows:

Being
All that piece of land comprising a 20 metre strip
along the lake shore boundary of those severances
of Hiruharama-Ponui Block containing 1.3800
hectares, more or less, as more particularly shown
on ML Plan 21393, such strip commencing at the
southern point of the freehold property of Randall
(Rangatira C6) until it strikes the point where the
boundary of the severance of Hiruharama-Ponui
Block leaves the lake shore in the south and such
strip being shown marked green on the plan
attached hereto and being part of the land
comprised and described in certificate of title,
Volume 32D, folio 483 (South Auckland
Registry), subject to a public right of way.
