Unclaimed Moneys

Pursuant to section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953, the Maori Trustee hereby gives notice that lists of unclaimed moneys held by him for 1986 have been filed with the Registrars of the Maori Land Court at: Whangarei, Hamilton, Rotorua, Gisborne, Wanganui, Hastings and Christchurch; also at the district offices of the Department of Maori Affairs at: Auckland and Whin and at the head office of the Department of Maori Affairs at Wellington.

Lists are also located at the sub offices of the Department of Maori Affairs where they may be inspected during office hours without payment of a fee.

Notice of Receipt of an Application for an International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to section 7 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that The Flying Tiger Line Inc. has applied for an International Air Service Licence to permit the licensee to operate a scheduled air service for the carriage of cargo and mail between the United States of America and Australia via Auckland. Further details of the proposal may be obtained from the Secretary for Transport, Ministry of Transport, Private Bag, Wellington.

Any person or organisation wishing to make representations relating to this application must forward those representations in writing to reach me on or before 15 January 1988.

Dave’s Motorcycle School, Wanganui

to be an advanced Motorcycle Training Course.

Auckland Airport Act 1987

Notice to the Auckland Regional Authority to Pay Certain Amounts From The Auckland Airport Reserves

Pursuant to section 10 of the Auckland Airport Act 1987 I, Roger Owen Douglas, Minister of Finance, hereby give notice to the Auckland Regional Authority to pay from the Auckland airport reserves to the Crown and the constituent authorities (as defined in section 2 of the Auckland Airport Act 1987) the following amounts:

(a) From the Airport Development Reserve 11.6 million dollars to the Crown and 2.9 million dollars to the constituent authorities.

(b) From the remaining Auckland airport reserves 49.55 million dollars to the Crown and 49.55 million dollars to the constituent authorities.

Payment of the amounts specified in this notice shall be made on the 20th day of January 1988 being a date not earlier than 28 days after the date this notice is given.
