Registration of a New Bank—Amendments to the Register of Registered Banks
Notice is hereby given that on the 3rd day of December 1987,
the Reserve Bank of New Zealand registered the following
financial institution as a registered bank, pursuant to section
38D(3) of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1964
Countrywide Banking Corporation Ltd.
Notice is also given, that with respect to the Gazette notice of
30 July (No. 123, page 3533) the Register of Registered
Banks has been amended to record the change of names of the
following registered banks:
Banque Indosuez New Zealand Ltd. (previously Indosuez
New Zealand Ltd.)
Barclays Bank New Zealand Ltd. (previously Barclays New
Zealand Ltd.)
National Australia Bank (NZ) Ltd. (previously Broadbank
Corporation Ltd.)
NZI Bank Ltd. (previously NZI Financial Corporation Ltd.)
