HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to section 24 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1977, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order:

Order

1. Title and commencement—(1) This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Clutha-Central Otago Regional Planning Scheme Principal Section) Order 1987.

(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of December 1987.

2. Principal Section of the Clutha-Central Otago Regional Planning Scheme approved—(1) The principal section of the Clutha-Central Otago Regional Planning Scheme as prepared in accordance with the Town and Country Planning Act 1977 by the Clutha-Central Otago United Council in 1986 referred to the Minister of Works and Development in 1986, and held in the office of the Commissioner of Works under reference No. CLU.10, is hereby approved.

3. Commencement of the Principal Section of the Clutha-Central Otago Regional Planning Scheme—The principal section of the Clutha-Central Otago Regional Planning Scheme shall come into force on the 1st day of December 1987.
