Notice of Appointment of Receiver

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

NZ Securities & Finance Ltd. with reference to K. Road Video & Computers Ltd. hereby gives notice that on the 3rd day of December 1987, NZ Securities & Finance Ltd. appointed Russell Stuart Hay and Warwick Sumpter, chartered accountants, of the firm of Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Tower Two, Shortland Centre, Shortland Street, Auckland, 1000, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 14th day of May 1985. The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects whatsoever and wheresoever both present and future including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Ngaitahu Maori Trust Board, a body corporate duly incorporated under the Maori Trust Boards Act 1955, and having its Registered Office at Christchurch hereby gives notice that on the 30th day of November 1987 it appointed David John Strack and James Bruce Alfred McAlister, both of Christchurch, chartered accountants as receivers and managers of the property of Thornycroft Farm Ltd. under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 8th day of December 1986, which property consists of all the undertaking goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said Thornycroft Farm Ltd.

Further particulars can be obtained from the receivers whose address is care of Messrs Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants, 32 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch.
