Declaring Land Acquired for a Rubbish Dump in Block I, Taringatura Survey District, Wallace County

Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto subject to an agreement to lease contained in unregistered Railway lease No. 35187 and subject to rights of way contained in unregistered Railway grant No. 35188 is hereby acquired for rubbish dump and shall vest in The Wallace County Council on the 3rd day of December 1987.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired subject to the restrictive covenant in transfer H. 618584.4 and certificate under section 64(3) of the Local Government Act 1974, registered H. 630872 South Auckland Land Registry, for Government office accommodation and shall vest in the Crown on the 3rd day of December 1987.
