Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Block IX, Waipukurau Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in The Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board on the 26th day of November 1987.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land in the Borough of Blenheim

Pursuant to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

All that piece of land containing 762 square metres, being Lot 29, D.P. 1824, being part Section 50, District of Omaka. All proclamation No. 30723.
