Land and Easement in Gross Acquired for Defence Purposes in Block V, Tiritiri Survey District, Rodney County

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto and a right-of-way and cable easement in gross over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in the Crown the rights and powers contained in paragraphs 1 and 5 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, are hereby acquired for defence purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the 26th day of November 1987.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired subject to the fencing covenant in transfer S.83714 and easement certificate H. 527399.3, South Auckland Land Registry, for Maori Housing purposes.
