Reserves Act 1977

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Northern Regional Manager, Department of Conservation hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Whangarei City Council on the 9th day of July 1986:

"That pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the land described as 1189 square metres, being Lot 3, on L.T. Plan 112891, which is a subdivision of the land in certificates of title 532/141, 53B/224 and 707/76 (situated in Ewing Road) be hereby declared to be local purpose (esplanade) reserve."
