Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941

Amending Notice of Appointment and Reappointment of Members of the Taranaki Catchment Commission

Pursuant to section 13 (5) of the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941 and section 25 (j) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1924, the National Water and Soil Conservation Authority hereby amends the notice dated 18 May 1987 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 28 May 1987, No. 78 at page 2313, relating to the appointment and reappointment of members of the Taranaki Catchment Commission by deleting the words in lines 7 to 8 “(successor H. R. Hamerton)”, and substituting the words “(successor to H. R. Hamerton)”.
