Section 139 (1)

Direction of the Registrar

Under the provision of section 139 (1) (d) of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982, I hereby direct that the New Plymouth West Credit Union shall not repay share capital, or offset any indebtedness of a member to the credit union against share capital, until the instrument of dissolution is registered.
