Notice of Resolution for Members’ Voluntary Winding Up
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Robinsons Stores Ltd. (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that by a duly signed entry in the minute book of the above named company on the 20th day of November 1987, the following special resolution was passed by the company:
“That a declaration of solvency having been filed in accordance with section 274 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, the company be wound up voluntarily.”
and furthermore notice is hereby given that the undersigned the liquidator of Robinsons Stores Ltd. (in liquidation) which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 9th day of December 1987 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Retraction and Apology
Marua Engineering Company Ltd. confirm that the winding up petition advertised in the New Zealand Gazette on the 11th day of November was advertised in error. The account mentioned in that petition had been paid in full some months previously. A sincere apology is extended to Steelbrake Manufacturing Ltd. for any inconvenience caused as a result of publication of that petition.

On the 16th day of November 1987, it was resolved by special resolution pursuant to section 268 (1) (b) and in accordance with section 362 of the Companies Act 1955, that Jackson’s Butchery Ltd. be wound up voluntarily and further resolved that Evan James Murdoch, chartered accountant of Otaihuhu, be appointed for the purposes of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing the assets.
A statutory declaration of solvency was filed with the Registrar of Companies prior to the passing of the resolution.
