Proposed Recommendation for an Amendment to the Schedules to the Securities Regulations 1983

Pursuant to section 70 (3) of the Securities Act 1978, notice is hereby given that the Securities Commission intends to recommend an Amendment to the Schedules to the Securities Regulations 1983. The purpose of the proposed amendment is to provide for the disclosure in registered prospectuses of Statements of Cash Flows in place of Statements of Changes in Financial Position.

A copy of the proposed recommendation may be inspected at the offices of the Commission, Level 6, Greenock House, 39 The Terrace, Wellington.
