(a) 397 square metres, more or less, situated in the Provincial District of Hawke’s Bay, being portion of Section No. 24, Township of Waipukurau and of a stopped road in or adjacent to such township which said parcel of land comprises Lot No.1 on a plan deposited in the Land Transfer Office at Napier as No. 2156 and being all the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 46, folio 222, and
(b) 442 square metres, more or less, situated in the Provincial District of Hawke’s Bay, being portion of Section No. 24, Township of Waipukurau and of a stopped road in or adjacent to said township which said parcel of land comprises Lot No.2 on a plan deposited in the Land Transfer Office at Napier as No. 2156 and being all the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 46, folio 221; and
(c) 655 square metres, more or less, situated in the Borough of Waipukurau, being part of Lot 14, Blocks Plan No. 519, which said parcel of land comprises Deeds 16. Waipukurau Crown Grant District and being all the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 136, folio 11, limited as to parcels;
all being Hawke’s Bay Registry.
Any person interested may show cause why such an order should not be issued, and shall do so by filing a notice in the High Court at Napier and serving a copy of that notice on the plaintiff’s solicitors on or before the 13th day of March 1987. The address for service of the plaintiff’s solicitors is at the offices of Messrs Langley, Twigg and Co., 10 Raffles Street, Napier.
