Waipukurau Crown Grant District and being all the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 136, folio 11, limited as to parcels;

all being Hawke’s Bay Registry.

Any person interested may show cause why such an order should not be issued, and shall do so by filing a notice in the High Court at Napier and serving a copy of that notice on the plaintiff’s solicitors on or before the 13th day of March 1987.
