100 percent of the share capital of Ascent
Corporation Ltd.
Independent Newspapers Ltd. may acquire up to
30 percent of the issued capital in CCL Group
Ltd.

cent of the share holding of L. & M. Mining Ltd.
Ravensdown Supply Co-operative Ltd. and East
Coast Fertiliser Company Ltd. may merge by
means of a scheme of arrangement under section
205 of the Companies Act 1955
