Classification and Naming of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as Queens Gardens.

Amendment to a Notice Revoking the Reservation Over a Reserve and Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Lands hereby amends an error in the notice revoking the reservation over the reserve described in the Schedule thereto dated 20 October 1986 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 13 November 1986, No. 182, page 4858, by omitting the Schedule from the said notice and inserting in its place the Schedule hereunder.
