Take notice that General Finance Limited intends to promote a private Bill, the objects of which are to provide for the transfer to General Finance Limited of the whole of the undertaking of certain subsidiaries of that company, and the dissolution of those subsidiaries.

Notice of Result of Poll on Loan Proposal

Pursuant to section 38, of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, notice is hereby given that a poll of the electors of the combined Kerikeri Central and Riverview Urban Drainage Areas, taken on the 28th day of October 1987, on the proposal of the above-named local authority to raise a loan of $7,366,200 to be known as the Kerikeri Sewerage Scheme Loan 1988, for the purpose of financing construction of a proposed sewerage scheme resulted as follows:

The number of votes recorded for the proposal was 79

The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 670

The number of informal votes was 3

I therefore declare that the proposal was rejected.

The number of votes recorded for the proposal was 110

The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 425

The number of informal votes was 4

I therefore declare that the proposal was rejected.
