Declaring Land Used as a Roadway in Block VI, Puniu Survey District, Waipa County to be Road

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to sections 421 and 422 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and used as a roadway, to be road, and vested in The Waipa County Council.
Schedule
South Auckland Land District
All that piece of land containing 273 square metres, situated in Block VI, Puniu Survey District, being Pokuru 2F2D Block; as shown coloured pink on M.I. Plan 7782, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.
Given under the Hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of October 1987.

Vesting Reclaimed Crown Land in the Golden Bay Cement Company Limited

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At Wellington this 2nd day of November 1987.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section 175d of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby vests in the Golden Bay Cement Company Ltd., the land described in the Schedule hereto which was authorised for reclamation by Orders in Council dated 29 August 1977*, such land to be vested for commercial purposes.
Schedule
All that parcel of land containing 6220 square metres, more or less, situated in Block VII, Waitapu Survey District, and described as Section 1 on plan M.D. 16472 (S.O. 13823), being a plan deposited in the office of the Secretary for Transport at Wellington.
The District Land Registrar is hereby authorised to make such entries in his Register as are necessary to give effect to this Order.

Authorising the Takapuna City Council to Reclaim Land from the Bed of Wairau Creek

Pursuant to section 175 (2) and subject to sections 176 to 182 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Takapuna City Council to reclaim an area of 9030 square metres of the riverbed of Wairau Creek as shown marked “A” on plan M.D. 16474 (S.O. 61541), deposited in the office of the Secretary for Transport at Wellington and as more particularly described in the Schedule below.
Schedule
All that parcel of land containing 9030 square metres (9030 m²), more or less, situated in Block III, Rangitoto Survey District of the North Auckland Land District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, volume 3D, folio 1191 (North Auckland Registry).

The Morven-Glenavy Irrigation Amendment Order 1987 (No. 2)

Pursuant to sections 11 and 18 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1960, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Orders in Council dated the 4th day of May 1970 and published in the Gazette of 7 May 1970, No. 27, page 793 and 794, as amended by an Order in Council dated the 8th day of June 1987 and published in the Gazette of 18 June 1987, No. 90, page 2643, by the following order.
Order

This order may be cited as the Morven-Glenavy Irrigation Amendment Order 1987 (No. 2) and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Morven-Glenavy Extension Irrigation Order 1970 and the Morven-Glenavy Irrigation Order 1970 (hereinafter referred to as the principal orders).

This order shall come into force 7 days after it is published in the Gazette.

The principal orders are hereby amended by revoking clauses 5 and 6 of those orders and substituting the following clauses in each case:
“5. It is hereby declared that the irrigation charge which will be payable for half of the water quota per hectare of land in the district commanded by supply points and not exempted pursuant to section 13 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1960, shall be twenty-eight dollars ($28.00) for border strip irrigation and sixteen dollars and eighty cents ($16.80) for spray or trickle irrigation.
