Reserves Act 1977

Classification of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Northern Regional Manager, Department of Conservation hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

North Auckland Land District

410 square metres, more or less, being Lot 3, D.P. 101947, situated in Block XI, Otahuhu Survey District. Part certificate of title 1104/109. Limited as to parcels.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Northern Regional Manager, Department of Conservation hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Mount Eden Borough Council on the 9th day of August 1983:

"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Mount Eden Borough Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act."

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Northern Regional Manager, Department of Conservation hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Mt Eden Borough Council on the 29 April 1986:

"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Mount Eden Borough Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said borough in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby declared to be a reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act and shall be known as the Louis Adolphus Durrieu Reserve."

Amendment to a Notice Declaring Land to be a Reserve

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Northern Regional Manager, Department of Conservation, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation hereby amends an error in the notice declaring land to be a recreation reserve dated 12 May 1986 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 29 May 1986, No. 84, page 2339, by omitting from the said notice the Schedule therein and inserting in its place the Schedule hereunder.
