Notice is hereby given that by duly signed entry in the minute book of the company on the 6th day of November 1987 a special resolution was passed by the company that:

“Since the company has ceased to trade and a declaration of solvency having been filed in accordance with section 274 (2) of the Companies Act the company be wound up voluntarily and that David W. Pearson and John Richard Palairiet, chartered accountants, Napier, be appointed joint liquidators”.

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of sections 290 and 291 of the Companies Act 1955 that meetings of the members and creditors of the abovenamed company will be held in the offices of Messrs Chambers Nicolls, A.M.P.
