Declaring Road in Block XI, Waipoua Survey District, to be a Government Road and to be Stopped

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and

(b) Stops the said road.

All that piece of road containing 2033 square metres, situated in Block XI, Waipoua Survey District, adjoining or passing through Lot 2, D.P. 16536; as shown marked “AD” on S.O. Plan 61313, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road which shall vest in The Mangonui County Council;

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped;

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119 (1) and vested in The Mangonui County Council.
