Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in Block X, Wharepapa Survey District, Otorohanga District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Otohanga District Council;

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped;

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119; and

(d) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119, declares that the areas of stopped road firstly to fifteenthly (inclusive) described in the Second Schedule hereto now known as Sections 19, 20, 21, 22, 48 and 25, Block X, Wharepapa Survey District respectively, the area of stopped road sixteenthly described in the Second Schedule hereto, and the areas of land taken secondly and thirdly described in the Third Schedule hereto now known together as Section 23, Block X, Wharepapa Survey District, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 3B/998, South Auckland Land Registry;

(e) Pursuant to section 117, declares that the areas of stopped road seventeenth to sixteenthly (inclusive) described in the Second Schedule hereto now known as Sections 19, 21, 33, 37, 39, 41, 24, 26, 27 and 29, Block X, Wharepapa Survey District respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 26B/329 subject to statutory land charges S. 624932 and S. 659261 and to memoranda of mortgage No. H. 663030.2, H. 578308.3 and H. 716248.2, South Auckland Land Registry;

(f) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119, declares that the areas of stopped road eighteenth to twenty-secondly (inclusive) described in the Second Schedule hereto now known as Sections 31, 32, 34, 35 and 28, Block X, Wharepapa Survey District respectively, the area of stopped road seventeethly described in the Second Schedule hereto, and the areas of land taken firstly and thirdly described in the Third Schedule hereto now known together as Section 30, Block X, Wharepapa Survey District, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 870, folio 34, subject to statutory land charges No. S. 337083 and H. 539552 and to memoranda of mortgage No. H. 415928, South Auckland Land Registry.
