Notice is hereby given that on the 5th day of October 1987, Queen of Hearts (1973) Ltd. appointed Robert Barry Willis of Auckland, a company director, as receiver and manager of the property of Mac Dells (1987) Ltd., pursuant to powers contained in a debenture dated the 1st day of April 1987, given by that company.

The offices of the receiver and manager are at the offices of Messrs King & Gerrard, 64 Edinburgh Street, Pukekohe.
