day of October 1987 and pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National
Roads Act 1953 shall form part of the State Highway No. 2.

from the Schedule thereto the area of land containing 17.4 perches
being part Lot 1, D.P. 31516; coloured blue on S.O. Plan 43501 and
lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Stopped

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the
3rd day of September 1987, published in the New Zealand Gazette
of 10 September 1987, No. 4223, at page 4232, declaring road to
be Government road and to be stopped in Block XI, Waipoua Survey
District, Hobson County, pursuant to sections 124 and 116 of the
Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the legal description of
the land, fourthly described in the Schedule the letter “V” and
substituting the letter “U”.
