Notice of Intention to Inquire into the Operation of a Transport Licence
PURSUANT to section 141 (2) of the Transport Act 1962, Medicott Log Transport Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its business address at 26 Hyland Crescent, Rotorua and being the holder of Goods Transport Service Licence No. 02273 issued under Part VII of the Transport Act 1962, take notice that the No. 4 Transport District Licensing Authority (J. M. Foster), intends to conduct an inquiry into the manner of operation of the service conducted under Goods Transport Service Licence No. 02273 to determine whether it is in the public interest that all or any of the licences held by the company should be revoked, suspended or varied.
The inquiry will be held in the Boardroom, Rotorua Area Electricity Authority, Dinsdale Street, Rotorua on Monday, 23 November 1987 commencing at 2 p.m. and will continue on successive days as necessary.
