Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Services Licence

NOTICE is hereby given that I intend to exercise the power conferred on me by section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947 to amend the terms of International Air Services Licence issued to Continental Airlines to permit the airline to operate DC10 and B747 aircraft on the routes San Francisco/Los Angeles - Honolulu - Auckland - Sydney/Melbourne and San Francisco/Los Angeles - Papeete - Auckland - Sydney/Melbourne.

This amendment will take effect on 25 October 1987.

Declaration That Gisborne Hospital be a Psychiatric Hospital

PURSUANT to section 6 (2) of the Mental Health Act 1969, I, David Francis Caygill, Minister of Health, hereby declare the Gisborne Hospital to be a psychiatric hospital for the purpose of that Act.
