EXPLANATORY NOTE
This exemption notice provides for exemption of:
(a) all goods covered by the review of the Electronics Industry Development Plan;
(b) all goods of Tariff Heading 70.16;
(c) pointe and demi-pointe ballet shoes; and
(d) certain parts of Tariff Heading 87.14 when imported from Australia under the ANZCERT Agreement.
