In the Matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the Matter of GENESTOCK NEW ZEALAND LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Ingram Road, Bombay, South Auckland.
Notice is hereby given that the order of the High Court of New Zealand dated the 17th day of August 1987, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from the sum of $12,500,000 to the sum of $1,250,000 and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, were registered by the District Registrar of Companies at Auckland on the 27th day of August 1987. The said minute is in the words and figures following:
"The capital of GENESTOCK NEW ZEALAND LIMITED, was by virtue of a special resolution of the company and with the sanction of an order of the High Court dated the 17th day of August 1987 reduced from the sum of $12,500,000 divided into 25,000,000 shares of 50 cents each to the sum of $1,250,000 divided into 25,000,000 ordinary shares of 5 cents each.
On registration of this minute, the authorised capital of the company is $1,250,000 divided into 25,000,000 ordinary shares of 5 cents each."
