Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and

(b) Stops the said road.

Land Taken and Road Stopped in Block XI, Newcastle Survey District, Raglan County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(a) Pursuant to section 119 (1) declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be taken.

(b) Pursuant to section 116 declares the areas of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to sections 117, 119 (1) and 120 (3) declares:

(i) The land taken described in the First Schedule and the stopped road firstly described in the Second Schedule, now known together as Section 1, S.O. Plan 56308 to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 168, folio 187, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) The stopped road secondly described in the Second Schedule now known as Section 2, S.O. Plan 56308 to be amalgamated with the land in certificates of title No. 15B/1449, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 2329647 and H. 4763476.6 and statutory land charge H. 042646.2, South Auckland Land Registry.

Land Acquired for Road, Limited Access Road and State Highway in Block VII, Kumeu Survey District, Rodney County

Pursuant to sections 20 and 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to an oil and gas pipeline easement created by transfer B347187.1 for a limited access road which pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953 shall form part of State Highway No. 16 and shall vest in the Crown on the 10th day of September 1987.

Land Held for Road Set Apart for Limited Access Road in Block II, Belmont Survey District, Hutt County

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the road described in the Schedule hereto be set apart for limited access road which pursuant to section 153 (2) of the Public Works Act 1981, become road, limited access road and State highway and shall remain vested in the Crown.
