REVOCATION NOTICE
The Minister of Customs hereby gives notice, under Section 15B of the Customs Act 1966, that the following Tariff concessionary approvals are revoked with effect from 31 December 1987:
'All concessionary approvals which are not listed in the October 1987 edition of the “Consolidated List of Decisions of the Minister of Customs Relating to the Customs Tariff of New Zealand”, or which have not been approved and published in the NZ Gazette under Schedule 1 (General Decisions Approved) of any Tariff Industry Assistance (Decision) Notice.'
This notice replaces the Revocation Notice published in issues of the NZ Gazette between 19 March 1987 and 20 August 1987 which referred to concessionary approvals not listed in the December 1987 edition of the 'Consolidated List of Decisions of the Minister of Customs Relating to the Customs Tariff of New Zealand'.
