IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER of RANGITIRA SERVICE STATION (TOKOROA) 1983 LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Main Road, Tokoroa, motor dealer:
NOTICE is given that a petition for the winding up of RANGITIRA SERVICE STATION (TOKOROA) 1983 LIMITED, (“the company”) by the High Court was, on the 27th day of January 1987, presented to the Court by CALTEX OIL (NZ) LIMITED; and that the petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Rotorua on the 9th day of March 1987 at 10 a.m.; and any creditor or contributory of the company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
